What we collect
- Email — for account communication
- Gmail address — for Anthropic Team invite
- Full name — for invoicing
- Country — for analytics
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Basic website logs only; no analytics in v1
What we do not collect
- We do not see, log, or have access to your conversations with Claude. Those are between you and Anthropic.
- We do not track your usage of Claude.
- We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (account invite), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Sentry (errors only).
Your rights
Right to access, export, delete your data. Email support@maxclaude.pro.
Data retention: 6 years for invoicing records (tax law); active customer data as long as you’re a customer + 30 days.
