Refund Policy

No refunds after Anthropic invite is sent
Once the Anthropic Team invite is delivered to your Gmail (accepted or not), the seat is committed to Anthropic on our side and is non-refundable.
Refunds available
- If invite has NOT been sent yet (rare — system failure): full refund.
- If we shut down the service: refund of unused days, pro-rated.
- If Anthropic terminates our workspace (force majeure): refund of unused days, pro-rated.
How to request
Email support@maxclaude.pro with your subscription details. We respond within 24 hours.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback after invite delivery, your seat will be immediately revoked and you’ll be banned from future use of the service.
