Terms of Service

Service description

MaxClaude.pro provides access to official Anthropic Team plan seats. Anthropic, Claude and related marks belong to Anthropic, PBC; MaxClaude.pro is operated independently.

You agree to

• Use Claude per Anthropic’s Usage Policy.
• Not share your seat with others.
• Not attempt to extract API keys or proxy access.
• Use a real Gmail address you own.

We agree to

• Send your Anthropic Team invite within minutes of confirmed payment.
• Provide support via WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, or email.
• Maintain the Anthropic Team workspace and pay Anthropic’s invoices on time.
• Not access, read, or log your conversations.

Pricing & billing

• $3.50/day, pro-rated to the next 11th of the month.
• 14-day minimum: if less than 14 days remain, payment rolls to next 11th.
• Automatic monthly renewal via Stripe.
• Cancel anytime via email link (seat stays active until cycle end).

Termination

• We may terminate your seat without refund if you violate Anthropic’s Usage Policy.
• We may terminate the service entirely with 30 days’ notice (with refund of unused days, prorated).
• You may cancel anytime.

Liability

We do not guarantee Anthropic’s service availability. If Anthropic suspends or removes our workspace, we will refund unused days. We are not liable for any indirect damages.
